Answers to the most common questions from property managers and boards
How much does water testing for a condominium in Cancún cost?
Testing is priced per sample. The final price depends on the sampling points (cistern, building taps and pool) and how often you sample. Tell us about your property and we send a written quote at no cost.
How often should cisterns be cleaned?
Good practice is to clean and disinfect cisterns at least every 6 months. Depending on the quality of the supply water and the number of users, every 3 months may be needed. Our program includes 4 cleanings a year as standard.
What does the pool maintenance service include?
Weekly visits for chemical balancing (pH, free chlorine, alkalinity), filter cleaning, vacuuming, wall brushing, inspection of pumps and filtration systems, monthly microbiological testing and a NOM-245 compliance report for the property manager.
Can you serve condominiums outside Cancún?
Yes. We cover the entire Riviera Maya, from Puerto Morelos to Tulum, including Playa del Carmen. For condominiums farther away, we design a visit program that keeps costs down without lowering the quality of service.
What documentation do you provide for owners’ meetings?
A complete quarterly report with water test results, a log of the maintenance performed, regulatory compliance, issues handled, recommendations and a comparison of parameters with previous periods, in a format ready to present at the owners’ meeting.
Does the service include the treatment chemicals?
Yes. Our full-service contracts include all the chemicals needed: chlorine, algaecides, clarifiers, pH adjusters and others. The property manager does not have to buy or store chemicals.
Can you help us with a COFEPRIS inspection?
We keep all the documentation in order: logs, laboratory reports, product certificates and cleaning procedures. During an inspection, we can accompany the property manager and present the evidence of compliance.
