Pumps, hydropneumatic systems and metering pumps for hotels

Even pressure on every floor and the exact dose of chlorine or chemical. We size the equipment from your actual consumption, install it and maintain it.

Which problem do you want to solve?

Pressure varies between floorsGuests on the upper floors complain, or the shower pulses.
  • Hydropneumatic: pressurized tank and centrifugal pump
  • Variable frequency drive: matches pump speed to demand, no tank
  • Booster: 2 to 4 alternating pumps for high-rise buildings
The chlorine or chemical level won’t holdThe residual goes up and down, or staff dose by hand.
  • Peristaltic: the right choice for hypochlorite; it does not gas-lock
  • Diaphragm: accurate for inhibitors and tower chemicals
  • With a sensor: closed-loop chlorine or pH controller

Equipment we install

We quote the installed equipment from your actual consumption.

What we need to quote

With this information we propose the equipment and send a written quote for the installed system.

  1. 1Number of rooms or units, and floors
  2. 2Daily consumption or a water bill
  3. 3A photo of the current pump’s nameplate and control panel
  4. 4For dosing: the water flow and the chemical you use

Pumping solutions

Hydropneumatic systems, drives and booster sets, sized from the consumption and height of your building.

  • Hydropneumatic systems

Constant-pressure sets with a tank and centrifugal pump, for hotels and buildings.

  • Variable frequency drive systems

VFDs that match pump speed to demand and use less energy than a fixed-speed pump.

  • Booster sets

2–4 pumps in parallel with automatic alternation for high-rise buildings.

  • Transfer pumps

Centrifugal and submersible pumps for cisterns, wells and RO feed.

  • Wastewater pumps

Submersible and grinder pumps for wastewater and stormwater.

  • Drives and controllers

VFDs for retrofits, and PLC control panels.

Why choose us

Advantages of our systems

  1. 01

    Constant pressure

VFD systems that keep pressure steady across the demand range.

  2. 02

    Energy savings

Variable frequency drives that cut electricity use compared with fixed-speed pumps.

  3. 03

    High reliability

Pump sets with automatic alternation and a standby unit.

  4. 04

    Long service life

Preventive maintenance every six months keeps pumps running for years.

Frequently asked questions

About pumping systems for hotels and industry

What is the difference between a hydropneumatic system and a variable frequency drive?

A hydropneumatic system uses a pressurized tank; a VFD adjusts pump speed in real time, without a tank. A VFD saves more energy and gives steadier pressure.

Which pump do I need to dose hypochlorite?

A peristaltic pump: hypochlorite off-gasses, and the gas vapor-locks diaphragm pumps.

Can I dose several chemicals with the same pump?

No. Each product needs its own pump, tank and injection point; mixing incompatible products is dangerous.

How many pumps does my hotel need?

It depends on the number of rooms and floors and on the peak demand. We size the set from your actual consumption, with automatic alternation between pumps and a standby unit.

How long does a pump last?

With maintenance of seals, bearings and electrical components every six months, 10 to 15 years.

How often do pumps need maintenance?

Preventive maintenance every six months, checking seals, bearings and electrical parameters.

What can I do if pressure varies between floors?

Install a VFD for constant pressure, add pressure-reducing valves by zone, or redesign the pumping system.

Do drives work with existing pumps?

In most cases, yes. We check motor compatibility and the condition of the pump first.
