Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get a reply to a quote request?

We reply to quote requests within 24 to 48 business hours. For projects that need a technical visit and sampling, we schedule the visit within the first week and deliver the complete proposal within 5 to 10 business days.

Do you offer a free assessment?

To quote equipment or a service anywhere from Cancún to Tulum, the assessment visit is free. Outside that area, it is quoted as a special visit with travel expenses. If you need a review of equipment you already have, with a written report, that service is charged and quoted according to the number of valves or the size of the system. Laboratory testing is quoted separately.

Can I request a technical visit to my facility?

Yes. Our engineers visit to evaluate your facility, take water samples, review your existing equipment and understand your operating processes. The visit is the first step toward designing a tailored solution.

Do you handle after-hours emergencies?

Clients with a service contract have an emergency line for water treatment issues that can affect their operation. Call our main number and follow the instructions for urgent service.
