Process
From first contact to support
Eight steps so the equipment is properly sized, installed and running.
- 01
Contact
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or the quote form. We ask for the basics: type of property, water use, approximate consumption and the problem you want to solve.
- 02
Site assessment and water testing
A technician inspects the plumbing, the existing equipment and the condition of valves and filter media on site. We take a water sample to an EMA-accredited laboratory, so the equipment is sized from measured hardness (as CaCO₃), iron, solids and chlorine.
- 03
Proposal and quote
You receive a report on the inspection and the equipment quote, stating what is and is not included: plumbing work, media loading, delivery times and warranty. Quotes are valid for 15 to 30 days.
- 04
Order and deposit
With your purchase order and a 70% deposit we start processing your order. The remaining 30% is paid on delivery of the equipment. We issue CFDI electronic invoices (Mexico’s tax invoice).
70% with the order, 30% on delivery - 05
Equipment supply
Equipment is delivered 4 to 5 weeks after the deposit, filter media in 2 to 3 weeks, and items in stock right away. We confirm the arrival date so you can coordinate access with your maintenance team.
4 to 5 weeks for equipment - 06
Installation and commissioning
Our crew installs the equipment, makes the plumbing connections, loads the resin, sand, anthracite or activated carbon, programs the valves and starts it up. A typical filtration and softening installation takes about 4 days.
About 4 days - 07
Training
We train your maintenance staff in the day-to-day operation of the equipment.
- 08
Support and maintenance
A 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. After that, we continue with preventive maintenance, spare parts, filter media replacement and periodic testing, per visit or under a monthly contract.

Where do you install equipment?
Our service area is Quintana Roo, from our base in Cancún: Cancún, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cozumel and Holbox. In this area we provide installation, maintenance and ongoing service.
Do you work in Mérida, Campeche or Tabasco?
Yes, as projects on request. We have worked in Mérida, Ciudad del Carmen, Escárcega and Villahermosa. We schedule the visit and installation in advance, and travel expenses are stated in the quote. Later maintenance is agreed for each project.
Is there a charge for the site assessment?
To quote equipment or a service between Cancún and Tulum, the site assessment is free. Outside that area it is quoted as a special visit with travel expenses. If what you need is an inspection of equipment you already have, with a written report, that service is billed and quoted according to the number of valves or the size of the system. Laboratory testing is quoted separately.
Can I buy only the equipment and install it myself?
Yes. We quote the equipment ex works at our Cancún facility (without freight or installation) and, if you prefer, the installation separately with materials and labor.
What does the warranty cover?
Twelve months against manufacturing defects, as long as the equipment is operated according to its specifications and the quality of the supply water does not change. That is why testing the water first is part of the process.
Do you service equipment you did not install?
Yes. We inspect the system, give you a report on the condition of the valves and filter media, and quote the repair, media replacement or new equipment.
Do you have a water equipment project?
Tell us where it is and what you need, and we will schedule the site assessment.
